We all know that regular exercise is good for us but in Huntington’s, research indicates there is even more reason to make it a priority. ECU and global research indicates that exercise may play a role in slowing the progression or the onset of the disease.
But sometimes life just gets in the way of our regular exercise routines. So does the old adage a little is better than none still ring true? A recent article by “Exercise Right” explores the implications.
