Using a resistance band can help you strengthen different muscles in your body further than what you might be used to. A resistance band, quite simply put – is an exceptionally large and reinforced rubber band! It’s also a great and simple way of increasing the activity level with the possibility to improve your range of motion and flexibility.

It’s worth noting that as a general rule, the thicker the width, the higher the resistance of the band which offers greater resistance and thus increasing the intensity of your workout.
